Профілактика остеопорозу: актуальні патогенетичні аспекти. Можливості застосування комбінованих кальцієвмісних засобів

Анотація
Остеопороз (ОП) є глобальною проблемою системи охорони здоров’я, що характеризується зниженням міцності кісток і підвищеним ризиком переломів.
У статті здійснено огляд сучасних доказових даних щодо розвитку остеопенії та ОП, раннього виявлення та діагностики кісткових порушень, а також щодо можливостей і доцільності нутритивної підтримки кісткової тканини.
Систематичні огляди засвідчують, що близько 20% дорослого населення світу відповідають критеріям ОП, а до 40% – мають остеопенію, що є попереднім етапом розвитку захворювання. Прийом кальцію та вітаміну D може сприяти зниженню ризику переломів і падінь. Кальцію гідроксиапатит (ГАП) може бути раціональним вибором для підтримки кісток завдяки фізіологічному нутрієнтному профілю, що сприяє збереженню їхньої мінеральної щільності. Дослідження щодо застосування ГАП свідчать про його значний потенціал.
Висновки. Рання діагностика, оцінка факторів ризику та комплексний підхід до ведення пацієнтів є ключовими чинниками зниження впливу ОП на здоров’я населення. Адекватне надходження кальцію, вітамінів D і K, а також білка є важливою складовою підтримки нормального метаболізму кісткової тканини.
