Нові молекулярні можливості в діагностиці та прогнозуванні захворювань, асоційованих з вірусом папіломи людини у цервікальному виділенні

Анотація
У статті визначена значущість систематичного аналізу даних, які є в сучасних публікаціях, про молекулярні маркери цервікального виділення у діагностиці різних захворювань шийки матки, асоційованих з вірусом папіломи людини (ВПЛ). Крім того, представлені перспективи вивчення білкового та метаболічного профілів цервіковагінального виділення для передбачення перебігу неопластичних процесів шийки матки. Описано низку білкових маркерів у цервікальному виділенні для своєчасної діагностики передракових захворювань та раку шийки матки.
