Діафрагмальна грижа у плода, діагностика і терапія

Анотація
Мета дослідження: визначення ранніх ознак пренатальної діагностики вродженої діафрагмальної грижі у плода з використанням ультразвукової діагностики.
Матеріали та методи. Проведено аналіз 46 публікацій вітчизняних і зарубіжних дослідників.
Результати. Методом ехографії діагностика діафрагмальної грижі у терміни гестації 24–26 тиж залежить від сторони ураження і наявності поєднаної патології.
Заключення. Поєднана патологія, внутрішньогрудне розташування печінки, ступінь гіпоплазії легенів і індекс компресії серця – основні прогностичні ознаки, які корелюють з виживанням.
