EDITORIAL PROCESS
The authors are responsible for the scientific content of the manuscript. The Journal «Family medicine. European practices»reserves the right to request any materials on the basis of which the article was prepared.
The Journal «Family medicine. European practices» applies the following criteria for the selection of manuscripts:
- Novelty of submitted materials
- Clinical relevance
- Substantiation of conclusions
The Editor-in-Chief evaluates the manuscripts’ scientific significance and determines the time frame for their publication.
Manuscripts are reviewed over several days to assess the applicability and significance of the scientific material, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the Journal's audience. Authors are notified of the manuscript’s receipt by email. In case a revision is necessary, the author is requested to edit the manuscript.
All manuscripts are treated as confidential documents and editors do not disclose information to third parties.
All manuscripts are subject to review. The final decision on acceptance or rejection of the article is made by the Editor-in-Chief or other editors approved by the Editor-in-Chief. The Editorial Board informs the author about the decision made.
The version of the manuscript revised by the authors and approved by the reviewers is considered final. It is signed by the reviewers and the authors for printing, after which no changes in the text, figures or tables are allowed.
The process of reviewing a manuscript from receipt to decision on publication may take up to 3 months.
A Digital Objective Identifier (DOI) needs to be attached to the manuscript accepted for publication. The editorial office performs all digital processing of materials (conversion to PDF, XML, etc.).
