Abstract

This review represents modern approaches of curation of the patients with rhinosinusitis in practice of the family doctors. The review is based on the latest recommendationsof both national and European experts. Special consideration was given to diagnostic procedure and treatment in some medicalevents. It provides information about antibiotic resistance according to the research carried out by leading scientists of our country. Increased focus was put on antibiotic treat1 ment of acute bacterial rhinosinusitis. The selection of an antimicro1 bial agent relies on basic activators sinusitis resistance to the drug and considersacceptability of the treatment
