Abstract

The article clarify the main points of dyslipidemia treatment: prognosis improvement, prescribing statins in coronary heart disease independently of lipids parameters, dependence of lipids parameters decreasing from statins doses, side effects of statins. Main attention paid to combination оf statins with ezetimibe, that improved therapy effectiveness without increasing of adverse effects.
