Abstract

The article describes causes and effects of difficult nasal breathing on the body, the functioning of organs and systems, the neuropsychiatric sphere, focuses on the physiology and anatomy of the structure of the nose, its participation in nasal breathing, discribes the modern technique for restoring nasal breathing with a booster that can be effectively used in the family practice.
