Abstract
The aim of the research: to study the clinical pattern of violations of the state, autonomic, antioxidant system and endogenous intoxica tion indicators in patients with essential hypertension (EH) and chronic pancreatitis (CP). To evaluate the effectiveness of the inclusion of the generally accepted complex treatment (ACT) psy chotropic drug mebicar, to be compared with exclusively medical treatment.
The materials and methods. A study was conducted of patients with EH with concomitant chronic pancreatitis in the phase of unstable remission. In addition to clinical data in this group revealed patholog ical changes in autonomic regulation, antioxidant defense, and endoge nous intoxication signs.
Results. On the obtained parameters before and after treatment of EH patients with concomitant chronic pancreatitis in the phase of unsta ble remission, it was found that the combination of ACT with veg etabilium drug mebicar more efficiently affects the heart rate variabil ity, clinical condition, severity of endogenous intoxication and indica tors of the antioxidant defense system.
Conclusion. Included mebicar in the ACT resulted in a higher level of positive dynamics of the above indicators. It was conclud ed that the use of the techniques in the treatment of patients in the case of a combination of EH with CP in outpatient practice is a promising and appropriate for correction of the clinical condi tion, laboratory parameters, vegetative and psycho emotional dis orders.
